What is the meaning of 坏蛋?
"坏蛋 (huài dàn)" is a Chinese saying that translates to "bad egg". It's what adults call kids that don't listen to their parents, or break the rules. If that's you, you've come to the right place.

What currency are your prices listed at?
All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars ($ CAD).

SHIPPING

Where do you ship out of?
Your items will be shipped out of Vancouver, BC (Canada).

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are based on items ordered and location. It will be calculated upon check out.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note that we are not responsible for any duties or additional taxes that may be issued by your country. 

PLEASE NOTE as of 8/25/2025 we are pausing shipping on some of our items to the United States. This is due to the new suspension of the country's duty-free "de minimis" threshold. It's not easy to disable shipping on our platform so we've increased the price to $999 as a prompt. We will not be fulfilling the order and it will be refunded.

We are keeping our eyes on this situation and will start shipping to the US when we are comfortable doing so! 

If you're in the Seattle area, you'll be able to find some of our items at Pikarar & Friends until December 2025!

How long will it take for my order to get fulfilled?
Right now we aim to pack and ship your order within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping times vary: generally orders shipped within Canada take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days to deliver, depending on your location. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks.

Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time, but you might be able to find us as at local markets or pop-ups. Follow us on Instagram for our latest whereabouts.

ORDERS & RETURNS

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We start packing fast, so send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll do our best. Once an order has shipped, we can’t change or cancel it.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
All orders are non-refundable. We do, however, accept exchanges for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the exchange. Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

If we sent an incorrect or damaged item, please send us an email with as much detail as possible. We'll do our best to work together with you and send a replacement.
